Born and raised in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, Frank felt the call to ministry at age 12. Growing up in the Weeks-Armstrong Projects, he was raised by a single mother and was the fourth of five children.
Despite the challenges he faced, Frank remained a kind-hearted child who grew into a gentleman with aspirations to do something incredible for God. Mentored by Bishop R.T. McCarter, Frank delivered his first sermon on January 12, 1986, and has been committed to fulfilling his calling ever since.
As a church planter, Frank has returned to his hometown to lead EPIC Fellowship Church, with the goal of empowering people in Christ.
